These terms apply to the use of findsourcingagents.com ("the Directory"), operated by Kayumari Consulting LLC, 3833 Powerline Rd Suite 201, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33309, USA ("we", "us"). Details: Legal Notice.

1. What the Directory is

The Directory is an independent, editorially curated overview of sourcing agents and sourcing companies. It is a source of information only. We are not a party to any contract between importers and agencies, we do not act as an agent or broker for either side, and we do not receive commissions on orders placed with listed agencies.

2. Information only, no guarantee

Profiles are based on publicly available information, information supplied by the agencies and our own research. We review it with care, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, accurate or up to date, and we do not guarantee the performance, reliability or legal compliance of any listed agency. Labels such as "verified" or a transparency score describe the result of our own review at a point in time; they are not a certification or a warranty. Before you place an order, carry out your own due diligence: check business registration, references and contracts, and start with a trial order.

3. For importers

Browsing, comparing and the Get Matched service are free. A match request is a non-binding recommendation. Whether and with whom you sign a contract is your decision alone.

4. For agencies: listings

• Basic listing: free in the first year. After that, an optional renewal at USD 99 per year. There is no obligation to renew.
• Editor's Pick (USD 299 per year) and Premium Profile (USD 599 per year): paid upgrades with additional visibility as described on For Agents. Paid placements are clearly labelled as such.
• Paid listings are purchased through Gumroad. Gumroad's terms apply to the payment. The term starts when the upgrade is activated and runs for 12 months. Renewal requires a new purchase; nothing renews without your action unless stated otherwise at checkout.
• Our editorial assessment (texts such as "Our take", pros and considerations) remains independent. Payment does not buy a positive review, and we may correct information that is inaccurate.
• Agencies are responsible for the accuracy of the information they supply and confirm that they are entitled to use the names, logos and content they provide.
• Agencies can ask us at any time to correct or remove their profile at info@findsourcingagents.com.
• We may decline, suspend or remove a listing if information is false or misleading, if there are credible reports of fraud, or if the listing breaches the law. For paid listings removed for such reasons, no refund is due; in all other cases we refund the unused part of the term on a pro-rata basis.

5. Acceptable use

You may not scrape the Directory in bulk, copy its content for a competing directory, submit false information or misuse the contact and match forms (for example for spam).

6. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. In all other cases our liability for slight negligence is limited to the breach of essential contractual obligations and to the typical, foreseeable damage. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of listed agencies or for losses arising from transactions between importers and agencies. Mandatory consumer protection laws remain unaffected.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here at the time of your use or purchase applies.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you have your habitual residence.
