LeelineSourcing is a China sourcing agent built around e-commerce sellers. The company, registered as Leeline Sourcing Technologies Ltd, says it has operated since 2009, set up its mainland China company in 2015, and is led by founder Sharline Shaw. It buys consumer goods from the Yiwu market, electronics from Shenzhen and clothing and leather goods from Guangzhou, and reports more than 30,000 products sourced. Our take: Leeline is a one-stop shop for online sellers on Amazon, Shopify, TikTok, Walmart and other marketplaces. Beyond supplier search it offers private label and custom packaging, factory audits and inspections, Amazon FBA prep, dropshipping with order fulfillment, warehousing, product photography, freight forwarding and factory or Canton Fair tours. For small quantities it uses wholesalers or factory stock when a factory's MOQ cannot be met. Fees are unusually transparent: a published commission scale based on order value, with flat inspection prices. That makes it easy for new sellers to budget a first test order. Buyers developing engineered or industrial products may prefer a more specialized partner, and should note that smaller orders require full payment upfront.
LeelineSourcing publishes a service charge of $100 for orders under $1,000, then 10% for $1,001 to $3,000, falling to 6% above $20,000, with terms negotiable above $50,000. Factory audits and inspections start from $300 and dropshipping processing runs $1 to $2 per order.
LeelineSourcing charges a service fee based on order value: a flat $100 for orders under $1,000, 10% for $1,001 to $3,000, 9% up to $6,000, 8% up to $10,000, 7% up to $15,000, 6.5% up to $20,000 and 6% above that. Fees are negotiable for orders well above $50,000.
Leeline does not set its own fixed MOQ. Small quantities can be filled from factory stock or reliable wholesalers, while new production usually has to meet the factory's own minimum. Its service fee for orders under $1,000 is a flat $100, which makes small test orders practical for new sellers.
For Amazon sellers, Leeline offers product sourcing, private label and custom packaging, quality inspections including Amazon FBA inspections, FBA prep and labeling, product photography and shipping to Amazon warehouses. It also supports sellers on Shopify, Walmart, TikTok Shop and other platforms, plus dropshipping with order fulfillment.
For orders under $6,000, Leeline requires 100% payment by bank transfer when the order is placed. For larger orders it accepts a 30% deposit with the balance paid before loading. The company warns clients to confirm any change in bank details by phone to avoid payment fraud.
